Vacancy Description:
Our client in the Northern Cape within the mining industry is looking for HRD Manager to:
•Provides organizational guidance, methodologies and practical approaches in terms of change management, performance management, organizational culture build.
•Manages systematic change in attitudes, beliefs and values of the employees through creation and reinforcement of long-term interventions.
•Conducts a structured organization-wide analysis of the current situation and of future business requirements and employs techniques of behavioral sciences such as behavior modelling, sensitivity training, and transactional analysis to enable the organization to adapt to the fast-changing external environment of new markets, regulations, and technologies.
