Minimum Requirements:• 2-year Secretarial/Office Administration qualification,
• plus a PA Diploma, 5 years in a secretarial role and
• 3 years’ office management experience.
• Computer literacy in SAP (Travel Management, HR Leave, FI Cash Advances) and MS Office (including Sharepoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Publisher is important,
• along with Business English skills, excellent typing and formatting, business and document layout skills and knowledge of Executive-level travel and accommodation policies.

Vacancy Description:
We seek a person well-experienced in Executive-level support (5 years as a PA) to provide an efficient personal assistance, administrative and secretarial service to the CEO. Functions include sorting correspondence, typing, scanning, photocopying, etc, fielding telephone calls and taking messages, maintaining diaries and taking minutes, as well as preparing reports, Annual Budgets and other corporate financial documents as required. The successful candidate will work with economic and technical data in spreadsheets, prepare PowerPoint presentations and arrange local and overseas travel, and will process expense claims. He/she will also be responsible for a comprehensive and confidential filing system. As a point of contact, the PA will welcome visitors and see to their needs. The skills set required includes office management, diary management, minute-taking, document control, event and function organising and administration. Knowledge of customer complaint procedures is essential, as are excellent organisational and time management skills. The person with high standards, confidence to take action and the ability to interact well will succeed.
